16x400 w/ 200jog, avg 76.4 looks like. Legs were still pretty tired from the weekend so I wasn't too jazzed about a workout, but figured I'd tag along with Karl and see how it went. 400s probably not the "right" workout to be doing right now but 🤷♂️. Fairly windy and we had some spectating parents to dodge, but the smoky air was definitely the worst part. Didn't worry much about the times. I wouldn't have minded stopping at 12 but I don't think 16 was overdoing it. Alternated the lead, I took odds.
