Had a tough time keeping a constant pace... the dark messes with ya! But in the end, it averaged out about where I wanted it. I kept procrastinating because I did NOT feel like running, and before you know it, it's 8 and the run still has to happen. GD headlamp was turned on in my backpack and battery was in the red... even keeping it off for most of the run through lit neighborhoods, it was still nearly dead by the end, and that made me nervous on some roads, but at the very least my vest is pretty darn reflective. Slight chill in the air, great running weather... just should have manned up earlier.
