EZ run through Marrington trails with Spencer! Not terribly hot and not terribly humid. Adjusting the pace a tad, I know that loop as 6.5. Got the last mile as 7:10 but were definitely ~7:45 to start. I feel alright, but I still want this bump gone so probably back to no running for a bit again.
