Got a "great legs" from a fellow runner and can't say I disagree! The bonus to the flight fiasco yesterday is that I'm more likely to hit my mileage this week... but it also means one fewer day in Ireland! Wanted to get up earlier so I could have >4hrs between runs but had a hard time getting up this morning since there was no other urgency. No biggie, just a shorter break than usual and then >24hrs until next run so it'll be fine. Run was fine, legs felt better overall, knee especially. Just tired for a few miles but was fine eventually. Much cooler than the past two days but very humid! Got dreenched.
