Notes

30 elliptical - 15 bike - 15 elliptical. Will start working miles back in Saturday probably.

Been getting better and better with getting heart rate into a good range, hopefully I'm getting close to comparable to runs. Feel like I'm working legs and I'm certainly breathing and sweating, so gotta be good for something, right?

Honestly in pretty high spirits.. it's nice knowing I can go do a workout without having to worry about achilles (again, even if it's not quite the same as a run), and being right there in the gym makes me motivated to lift, which I really think I needed. Hoping I'm doing the right things to work out some imbalances, strengthen the weak areas, and come back healthy to get back into a solid block of training again.
