Mostly managed to stamp out the ankle/foot pain, looks like that TP was the culprit after all, but figured since I already took a hit on the week, might as well give the Achilles another break. Didn't let the pace drag too much though. It was at its average level of annoying I guess, over the past two months it has been better and been worse so I guess it's business as usual. Hopefully continued lifts, heel drops, TP work will slowly work discomfort away completely again and I wont have to hobble through the first mile of runs anymore... Or the first few steps after sitting down for more than 10min...
