Notes

3x1600, 2min rest and 4x200, 200 walk/jog as a light workout for a quick turkey trot.

Solo workout on the track with about half an inch of snow there so slow times. First one had to work on fresh snow, next one was easier but by the last, my path was getting slushy and slick. Had to do 200s on fresh snow or else no traction. If I had to guess, effortwise the 1600s should be 15-20s faster and 200s about 3s... But who knows.

Got to warm up cool down with Robert.
