#trustthevdot, though my vdot was picked pretty arbitrarily for a race pace of 16:50. Who knows, maybe that's aggressive at the moment (or dare I dream it's conservative?!) but the workout felt right. I'll have a better idea after Saturday I suppose!

Just your classic R 2-2-4 workout. Goal paces of 37/74 (using the aforementioned vdot) and tried to stick to them but got a little excited, nothing crazy though. Overall a very good workout! Not an impressive workout, but I think it was perfect for right now. Was really within myself, paces felt very comfortable/appropriate. Was riding the brakes a lot because I didn't want to go crazy on my first workout in a little while, plus I feel like I too often confuse R pace with sprinting.
