Well, I'll be honest, I'm actually really disappointed with this one and can't understand why it was so slow. Unless I had to stop and forgot to stop my watch and am completely blanking on it, I must have been going damn slow to start because I was moving by the end. I had rough ideas of mile marks but I thought they were wrong based on how slow I was, but the map is confirming them. Total pace at 4 was around 7:25 apparently, by 6 it was down to 7:20, by 11 it was 7:12, so at least I was progressing. When I hit 11 at 79:15 and saw how slow I was after thinking I had started cruising, I got pissed off and really started to crank. The last 2 miles were at 5:55 pace, though there was a good amount of downhill.

I guess now that I think of it, that means that the miles after 4 to 11 were all about 7:00 pace, which isn't terrible and really only means that the first 4 is where the trouble was. Calves were tight and there was a lot of uphill there, so I guess it's excusable, but I really thought I should be under 7 at least for the run. I guess Tuesday might be taking a little toll.
