Good long run, first one over 2 hours. Ran with Jimmy and Taylor for the first 78, then finished up on my own. We were all feeling a little beat up to start so the run started slow, but there was a lot of downhill in the first half so pace was probably not all that bad still. We started to naturally pick up a smidge around 45, and I think the way back was faster than the way out even with the ups. The two of them stopped and I did 42 on my own which ended up being around 6:55 pace, which was honestly better than I expected at the start of the run (though it's not that quick). N̶o̶t̶ ̶m̶a̶p̶p̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶i̶r̶s̶t̶ ̶p̶a̶r̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶c̶a̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶I̶'̶m̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶s̶u̶r̶e̶ ̶I̶ ̶r̶e̶m̶e̶m̶b̶e̶r̶ ̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶r̶o̶a̶d̶s̶,̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶a̶s̶s̶u̶m̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶7̶:̶2̶0̶ ̶p̶a̶c̶e̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶l̶e̶t̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶d̶i̶c̶t̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶m̶i̶l̶e̶a̶g̶e̶.̶ JK that was actually super easy to map. Over 17!

Felt very comfortable the whole way, especially with those two because they seemed more tired than me. Run passed by pretty quickly. Not a perfect week but pretty solid, mileage is back over 80 and this week had my longest run with some decent workouts, but also some sloppy running too. Overall better than last week though.
