Ran on the trails so splits are nonsense, adjusted the distance a bit. I wanted to workout today but not happy with a few lingering aches and was very low energy, so just went for a soft, easy 12 instead. Plus, workouts might suffer a bit until inhaler prescription can get refilled, dunno. No big deal. Had a tuff tuff time getting started but did it so whatever.
