This shit was terrible. I started this workout at 8:30. I shit you not, AFTER I finished the track stuff and was about to start cooling down, I checked the weather and it was 89 with a heat index of 103. AT NINE THIRTY AT NIGHT. What am I supposed to do with that? Well, in fairness, I shot myself in the foot big time starting at 5:35. It wasn't intentional really, I was aiming for 5:50 but started quick and though I thought I was easing up each lap, I barely managed to slow down. Same deal on the second and legs felt great, but should have known better. I just broke on the third one, despite sipping gatorade whenever I could and coming in hydrated. Head was throbbing, felt dizzy, sweat pouring off, hands pruning... dear reader, you might think I should have done a 4th as planned since the third was still under my original goal pace, but it would not have been pretty at all, I can promise you that. Waited around, tried to replenish fluids and cool down, and finally worked up the motivation to try the 200s (and I was working HARD to get motivated). First was a little quick but I was pouring effort into it... def not R pace. Walked back instead of jogged, second I felt like I staggered the whole second 100 so I called it. Trainwreck. Partially my fault, largely the weather's.

Saw on owl on my cooldown though so that was cool.
