17 min easy, 6x30s @ 5K w/ 3min rest, 15 min easy
WRONG time of day to run, way too hot but fit best into my schedule this way. Got pretty fatigued from the heat by the end there, pushed through the fartlek part alright but the last 10 "easy" minutes weren't pretty. Made sure to drink a lot afterwards though.
DEAR COACH, have my progression runs been okay? 5:30 is definitely not my marathon pace but if I can roll with it, should I? FROM PAUL
