Felt pretty much back to normal today so got back out there. Still kept it chill, though... weather was perfect, was just having myself a nice run. Stomach problems looming in the second half (likely due to a late lunch) but I never went fast enough for it to matter. Last was a 6:30 only because I mixed in 3 stride-like pickups towards the end, since it felt like I was just slogging along.
