12x300 starting at 53 down to 50

Fine workout, not perfectly even cutdowns but dividing 3s evenly over 12 is tricky so no worries. Definitely a little different running faster, but ultimately not too challenging. 300s are like 200s with a little more, and 200s are like nothing, so 300s are a little more than nothing! Aldous and I paced our small group of 4 for each. We spent most of the workout on the lower half of the range but everyone seemed fine with it and had caught their breaths by 50m into the jog. Fine day, short workout, passed quickly.

~300m jog in between, did most of it in lanes 7/8 so I guess a little longer. Avg 2:00 on those.
