Notes
Helped by a good playlist, went a little faster today, but didn't kill it because of hills and lift tomorrow. Started off with 4.75 miles of A LOT of uphill... effort good but pace slow at only just under 7:25. Next 2.5 were about 6:40 pace, last 5 minutes at 5:50 pace. Actually kind of looking forward to this week's progression run now... was worried I wouldn't be able to do anything good with it before.
Would like to be running with people, though... running alone sucks butt.
