With Neil so I'm basically a 31:30 guy now :jkjkjk: I appreciate him slowing down to jog my pace with me. Same ol same ol, but track was a no-go with a soccer game going on so we stuck to the paved trail. Probably should have gone a bit slower between the temp, some wind, and the fact that it wasn't on the track, but I don't think I overdid it. Some sluggish 35s pickups after.
