12x300m cut downs from 54 to 50ish. Always enjoy this workout, but that probably has something to do with how short it is! Either way, went very smoothly. Achilles was iffy on the warm up. Again decided to give it a try and cut short if it felt like I was making things worse, but everything felt great when doing the reps. Pretty solid pacing if I may say so myself. Blinked and it was over! Light mist made for pretty favorable conditions.
