12x300m cutdowns, 300jog rest (plus 10-15s to fill out 2min)
Ran in trainers so figured 54->51 would be a good cutdown, ended up nailing 54->50. Felt pretty good, though Achilles isn't perfect but definitely getting better. Didn't want to do a crazy workout today since I don't want too be at more than 71 this week, Achilles being a little rough with a couple other little aches, and feeling way drowsy today. Once I got started though, felt pretty smooth.
