Notes

I saw a little bit of blue sky on this run! (Literally, not a metaphor.) Started the run with a light mist, turned into a light rain for a little while, but then was mostly done by mile 7. No overflowing sewers that I could smell today, though I did almost none of the same roads that I did yesterday, but without much rain today I'm sure the flooding has subsided even a good amount from yesterday.

ANYWAY, felt alright except for a bit of an upset stomach for the first hour or so. Took a quick minute around 4 and a couple around 8 just to let things settle, but I suppose it was alright for the second half of the run. Kept things leisurely today, wasn't really in the mood to start cooking or anything. Overall nothing spectacular but good enough. Little bit of left foot soreness but I'm pretty sure it's just new shoes.

Low week mileage-wise but honestly I feel like it was a pretty solid week otherwise. Maybe I should just stick with 6 days a week for now. I know I've had a lot of 6 day weeks recently anyway but at least I wouldn't have to stress over the off days this way.

I'm def a fan of the 6 day week. It just takes a little while for the ego to get used to.

Word, everytime I run 6 days I still try to get a typical 7 days worth of miles in for the ego which would kind of defeat the purpose of this change!
