Stole a JMLRPI workout, not sorry #DoitforJMLjr

800@GP, 400@1500, 600@GP, 400@1500, 800@GP, 4x200@1500

2 min after GP, 4 min after 400s, 200 jog between 200s (time rests would be 100 walk then jog the rest)

Wouldn't call this a good workout but I guess it wasn't really bad either. GP stuff was paced pretty well, nothing erratic, and I tried to stick to 75s as best as possible, little more reasonable than some of the workouts lately. 400s didn't come out quick but it was mostly just pacing problems... both times I was a little quick through 200 (under 33) so tried to slow a little, but then also ran the second half into the wind so ended up slowing too much accidentally. So, just bad judgment, not an inability to hit the times, but still kind of sucks to see slow times. The 200s felt fine, and they also ran a little slow because I ran those into the wind since girls lacrosse showed up and were just chilling on part of the track. No biggie, probably only lost about a half of a second tops.

Guess this ran a little easier than when the RPI guys ran it since their GP was 73 and my 400s were slow, but whatever, I felt really crappy today beforehand so if this is an off-day workout I'll take it.
