2x2, 8x4, 2x2... Goal paces 36/72, SLOW equal distance jog rest (plus a few seconds usually... 90s/3min typically)
I dunno, I don't feel too great about this one. I was on the fence about doing a workout or an easy run but decided to just get this over with. Everything was manageable ultimately, but I was having a little trouble nailing the right pace (kept thinking I was slow but coming in too fast) and didn't feel super. Part of that was stomach troubles again, but aside from some rumblings around 5 or 6, it mostly held off until a painful cooldown. Otherwise just felt pretty flat, and dunno I just kind of hate working out at that track in the dark... think I'm going to do my track WOs on DI from now on. But I guess end of the day I got some good work in and effort was close enough.
