Stole an end of season xc workout, 12x300 w/ 300 jog cutting from 53 to 50. I got going a little quick by the end but it came naturally so oh well, I don't think there was any harm in it. Just like in November, it was tough to properly spread 3sec over 12 reps, and I was already at 50.x by halfway. Decided to keep going with it since goal event is shorter than in XC, so some 49s wouldn't hurt. Last two were kind of a mistake but they were really the same as the previous few through 200, and I just maintained pace rather than adjusting on the last 100 to hit the right time.

Felt about the same as in XC from what I remember, a little different doing faster stuff (though not really all that fast) but the rest was abundant so each rep was very manageable.

Jogs were done outside lane 6 and averaged 2:00 per, which is slow but the same as in November. Company would have been helpful for pacing but managed fine. Again, didn't feel sore while running.
