Pretty much identical to last week's except with another slow mile in front, which I decided would be the most reasonable change given the weather and how my legs have felt this week. First mile running up to the track, next 6 on the track again. 82 out when I started but got some cloud cover for most of it luckily. 2-4 were actually not too fun, 5-6 flew by, 7 was a push but managed fine I guess. Still should aim to control a little better next time.
