So Kevin effin Hoogenboom suggests we run at this place called Mine Hill Road, and we're like k cool change of scenery. It turns out to be like an effin mountain in some parts, definitely meant as a hiking trail. Here's the kicker... KEVIN HOOGENBOOM DOESN'T EVEN SHOW UP. Pain in the ass. Not only that, but he's never been there, so he had no idea if it was hilly, and he wasn't even there for us to verbally punish in retribution. Lot of climbing and tricky footing in the first hour, Taylor was rolling his ankle all over the place. It was kind of interesting, though... we'd run in this trail for 10 min and then find ourselves in a random really nice neighborhood, hop back in the trails for like 10 minutes and find a field with horses, trails again and then corn field, trails then streams. Little bit of everything, including BAT CAGES and a cave that was like outdoor air conditioning. After the first hour we found a dirt road near the parking lot that we went out and back on a few times, so that was a nice change haha.

Anyway, I'll admit that this probably wasn't TECHNICALLY 15 miles but for the effort that we put in on those hills, I'm calling it 7 min pace regardless.

Fine week for recovery, little more than last one even with some lazy runs in there. Workouts on the way!
