Notes

Did 2x(30-30-60 hills), 5x70s @ R effort (flat-ish), 2x(30-30-60 hills)

Kind of went back to the workout from a couple weeks back because, let's be honest, training has been shaky since then anyway. But I was definitely working hard on this one. Focused on leg turnover on the 30s, strong form on the 60s, and a hard effort on the 70s. Some of the rests were on the longer side (before the 70s had to figure out where best to start and after had to get back to the bottom of the hill), but overall kept it consistent. Very cold air made it tougher too but a solid workout.

Really hoping for rain tomorrow though. Haven't been able to workout on a track in weeks.

on the cool down some guy drove up behind me and was like "without those reflective bands I wouldn't have seen ya!" (had on my reflective vest and blinking arm bands). I just said something like "yeah" because I was still out of breath and he said something like "yeah with that dark outfit underneath. You think they'd make more clothes in yellow" which seemed like a sarcastic thing to say but he actually seemed super genuine because then he said "keep on running!" so I have no idea if I was being reprimanded or commended. Huh.
