Bleh not feeling it much today at all. Crappy weather, wasn't raining at running time at least but it was misty and chilly. Sloshed along though mud and puddles for the first 7 and felt pretty awkward. Better once I got onto more pavement but still felt pretty off. Oh well! Didn't expect to feel great today so MET EXPECTATIONS.
15s pickups on the half mile on the last 5, they weren't quick.
