Another solid long run. Wasn't aiming for anything outrageous today since I've got the HM in 6 days, but I ended up feeling pretty good and cruised along comfortably. Tired by the end, but not dead.

Ran on the Marrington trails GPS free, so cadence-based splits. First split was the only one that seems off, for the most part I think I'm comfortable with the others. Did a pace check twice with a mile on the track around 10 and 15 just to make sure things weren't outrageously off. Was running about 20s faster than the watch was indicating, but it makes sense that my cadence could relax on the track compared to trails, so I think it balances out? Either way, I was going significantly faster than I have on those trails so far without much effort (previous fastest I've gotten to power line trail was >58 min, today <55), so that was cool. Definitely stronger than I was in the fall.

Wanted to double yesterday but the day filled up. Oh well, still over 70, but could have been another new SC high! Next time.
