400s workout with Jay, Greg, and Daniel. Jay and I alternated -- I was evens at first but he skipped 5 for a bathroom break so I was on odds from 5 onward. Not the speediest one, neither one of use was feeling amazing but I had a little more pep in my step than Jay today. Definitely my best-feeling run in a good handful of days at least. Decided to give Jay company for his last so ended up with 13. The ones I led out were a hair faster generally. Eventually I'll stop with the 400s but I think these moderate effort reps are reasonable right now in these early stages.
