Happy with it, feeling like I may finally be getting rid of these dumb Achilles aches again. Took a quick water stop at ~9 since it was warm out and I left a bottle outside the apt, and changed my shirt because it was soaked. When I started up after those ~5min, i accidentally saved the first part of the run so it got split into two. 8.7 @ 6:49, 7.32 @ 6:31. Not my best long run ever but almost discomfort and pain free, so I will absolutely take it. Besides, don't need to be killing long runs right now anyway.
