Notes
I guess I can justify calling this a progression run, though I didn't intend it to be that way until the last 2.5mi. Was feeling good and the pace was dropping naturally, so gave the last two a comfortable push. Wasn't a perfect run but it felt pretty good overall. Between leaving work a little early and the day not being overcast, the run was basically lit through 7mi which was awesome. PLUS! Some of the really uneven roads where I run got "paved," but as like a cinder almost, pretty sweet. Hopefully they get to all of them!
