OOF sticky day today. Slept in so didn't get it done in the morning, and didn't want to wait until late so ended up going around 4:30. Luckily it was cloudy and even got a few sprinkles, but overall tough conditions. Let the pace be slower to compensate. That's about all on this one, just one mile at a time.
Edit, actually RA is telling me my roads portion was around 6:40 pace again so maybe I didn't drag as much as I thought. I'll keep the pace as listed to be conservative, though.
