Surprised the pace came out this slow. I had my checkpoints along the way, so I knew I what pace I was going pretty consistently, but I thought for how good I felt it would end up being faster. Specifically END being faster... I just kind of started at a pace and stuck with it, didn't really progress into anything. Oh well, I guess important thing is I was feeling good. 6 strides after.
Again, not expecting anything quick tomorrow but want to get out there and have a little fun and get an idea of where I'm at. Aiming to give it a good effort at this point.
