4x(2x30s 1x60s) on Detroit

Looks like I was hitting 150 on the 30s and 280 on the 60s. These were fine, just controlled hard effort. I guess a little hard to judge the pace, but I think they came out fine. Maybe a pinch slow but a solo workout up Detroit is a victory in my book.
