Notes
Solid run, splits below for each mile. Miles don't show a perfect progression because of the elevation changes but the effort was definitely a progression. Really more like 3@WU, 5@E, 5@Steady->(almost) tempo. Probably dumb to plan a progression with S Obtuse within the last two miles but I like the loop otherwise so I just tried to muscle through it. Obviously knew that one would be a slow mile, but it also killed momentum as I was really cruising by that point. Was able to bounce back though.
Another nice-ish day, supposedly just over 50 though it didn't feel that warm.

7:26 (trying to stay slow on first 2)
6:53 (basically all downhill)

6:41
6:41
6:19
6:08
6:15 (was quick until I hit the steep part of S Obtuse. 5:55 flat equiv)
6:50 (had the bulk of the hill... surprised I even managed to get this quick. 5:56 flat equiv)
5:45, 1:00
Oh and decided long progression today, tempo either at Roxbury on Sat or by myself. Figured more worthwhile than just one tempo.
