The ol 1-2-3 semi-workout. Weather was nice so I wanted to at least give this a try. Legs were definitely tired from yesterday though, so I wasn't so sure how it would go, especially with how slow the first few miles were. But the on miles actually felt way better than the easy ones (harder obviously, but better), and especially found a good rhythm on the last 3. Overall pace came out pretty slow but /shrug, run those easy miles easy. This is never meant to be a hard workout but it still feels nice to have the energy to get through it for once. As long as I do a good job getting my legs rested and fresh over the next couple weeks, we should be good to go.
