Just a typical run-by-feel Wednesday like the last couple of weeks. This week, I felt like staying on the slower side of things to start (7:40+ for a 2-3 miles), then the rest was mostly in the 7-7:10 range, so I'll call that a recovery run. Legs felt good, was worried about getting some soreness from spikes yesterday but no trouble spots to speak of. Think rolling and rope stretching helped a good deal. 4 later today.
