Little morning stiffness to start but felt progressively better and approximately 100% better than yesterday. Now the question is, fartlek or track today? Would say fartlek but solo fartleks can be dicey on pacing, but I guess if going by effort it doesn't matter. I'll think about it with my college educated brains.
