Pain-free! And probably about 95% discomfort-free so that's great. I wasn't too worried but always nice when something clears up. 2 on the roads and 2 on the trails. Warm day but with some cloud cover and a breeze it wasn't terrible. Keeping it EZ, these are just bonus days. I'll use May to build up and kick off fall marathon training in June!
