Don't know if I have time right, but whatever. Pace was frustratingly sporadic with Benji Boy Wonder refusing to let go of the lead. Don't get me wrong, I like pace changes, but enough is enough. With like 15 to go Rob, Sean, and I pulled away a bit just to get away from the wild stop-go-ness even though we weren't really going any faster.
Then got bitched out by the know-it-all trainer for entirely too long. Out of the "goodness of his heart" (aka being paid to do his GD job).
