Notes

Very slow run because I was definitely feeling yesterday and the route was very hilly. Actually tougher than I'd like to admit, but kept telling myself to keep it slow to recover.

Tried out the gel-lyte 3s today. After day 1, I can't notice a difference, which is good. They're light, the bottom is thinner than the 2s by 7mm or so but it didn't really feel any thinner. Upper is nice, could feel a difference when slipping them on, but when running everything felt about the same as the 2s. Hopefully everything stays kosher, sometimes new incarnations can be funky.
