Happy and not happy with this one. It was a good run but the pace ran away from us too soon and I had to take maybe my second ever bathroom break during a run.
First 3 miles at 20:00 (6:40 pace)
Next 3 miles at 17:50 (5:57 pace)
3/4 on track just under 5:50
Goal was a 40-50min progression with last 10 at 5:35-5:45. Meant to go 50, meant to go 5:40, but stomach said otherwise.
