Good run, still felt beat for the first 20 or so but after Jake, Bobby, Sean and I split off from the big ol erratic pacing group, I started to feel a lot better and by the end I was feeling almost great (would have been great, but there's definitely still tightness and soreness from Fri, haha).

This week, even after TRYING to run less, is still longer than any week I ran in season last year and almost longer than every summer week. Yeah, I'd say it shows...
