Last time I ran at Sullivan's I set my 15k pr... was just shy of that performance today. Ran parts of that course. Was kind of depressing, but also motivating because that's a good memory. Wasn't horrible outside with a pretty constant breeze. Achilles not great for a mile, seemed to be okay for the next two, then started to get not so great last one. Probably went too fast but oh well.
