6x40s at mile pace every 3 min

Everyone else was done without workout-y stuff so I would sprint ahead and then double back for them, so can't map perfectly but it seems good. These felt quick, think I was hitting a pretty good pace, except for the fact that 4/6 started on a hill. Ah well, first one and last one were flat.

Will be able to double later no prob.
