Notes

Cutdowns from 3000 pace to 1500 pace for the flats, and same effort for the hills. Felt good again! My complaint is that I thought 36s would feel easier, but nothing was all that bad. 9 was quick so I chilled on 10. Kind of tough to pace but it was a good workout for sure.

Goal 36 down to 33.
