Notes
Again, not an intentional progression run (was just aiming for 12mi easy) but I guess it fits the bill. Pretty much every mile from 3 on I'd say to myself, "ok that's good, just chill at this pace" and then pretty much every following mile would be faster. It's nothing crazy but it was a good groove and overall felt pretty dang good. Calves kind of tight to start but they warmed up, otherwise golden. By the second half I was just cruisin along, working harder than an easy run but not making any sort of real push at any time, e.g. the final 2mi push from two weeks ago.
