It's a start but I can't read too much into it. Didn't really set out to do this but felt dece on the first couple so figured I'd do something. All I was really aiming to do was to start to get a feel for the pace that I'm considering goal MP (6:27 - 2:49) for now until I can definitively prove it should be faster or slower. I don't consider myself to have done a great job tbh... first two were the only ones that were pretty much right on, but throughout there was lots of pace cycling. But I guess that's to be expected having not spent any time at this pace lately save for the odd mile here and there. It does make me feel a little better.
