Notes

2:30 walk/jog rest

Only went for 6 because felt a cold coming on yesterday into this morning. Been diligently fighting it so should be gone by tomorrow, but wanted to be outside breathing the freezing air as little as possible while still getting a good workout.

Track still snowy and icy, so mapped out an 800m route that was a little flatter than Saturday, but still not perfect - even numbered reps were slightly harder than odd. Route mapped best as possible here: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6193926 In trying to keep it as flat as possible, had to include a 180 degree turnaround... still haven't decided if that was worth it. Slick in some sections, and air was freezing, so I'd say these were the right effort all things considered, even though they look slow. Was definitely working.

Just did 30s hard for the 200s.

I had this preposterous idea that it's more accurate for small distances. But I hate it so much and I'm so sorry :(

Also the 180deg turnaround was a terrible idea. I was full of bad ideas today!
