Weather was surprisingly comfortable! I mean I wasn't LOVING it, but I'd say my driest day down here yet. Went around 5:30 but the temp was only ~84 and I also stayed in the shade for good chunks. Mapped the road section to be 6:40 pace, and though I was feeling good today, I wouldn't have been shocked to see 7 flat pace instead. I'll just assume 7 flat on the trail ~3 for the total pace.
6-8.5 will be about 45 this week, then I'll aim for 60 next with strides.
